Before running for Congress…
Antonio “Mister” Futch served in the United States Marine Corps, where he learned that leadership begins with discipline, accountability, and service to something greater than yourself.
After military service, he earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Christian Brothers University while graduating with honors and preparing for a career dedicated to education and leadership.
He went on to work in the entertainment industry, managing operations for nationally recognized artists and coordinating complex national and international tours that required precision, teamwork, and calm decision-making under pressure.
At the same time, he built relationships with educators, entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, churches, and community organizations across Memphis and beyond.
As a licensed educator, business consultant, financial educator, entrepreneur, and community leader, he has spent years helping people navigate the systems that shape everyday life—from education and entrepreneurship to financial literacy and civic engagement.
Today, those experiences come together in one mission:
Helping communities build stronger futures through practical leadership, meaningful partnerships, and service that extends beyond politics.
